pwn.college, LLC is hiring curious, technically driven people who enjoy not only solving CTF and pwn.college challenges, but also digging deeper to understand why the solution works.

What We’re Looking For

You genuinely enjoy solving CTF or pwn.college challenges, and you keep digging after something works because knowing why matters.

We care about demonstrated curiosity and technical depth. A polished list of credentials matters less than showing us how you approach hard problems.

The Process

We will use the interview to learn how you think, tell you more about the work, and answer your questions.

Candidates selected to move forward will begin with a fully paid, one-month internship so both sides can make sure the fit is right.

Successful interns will then transition to full-time roles.

Location

This role is open to remote candidates. We currently prefer candidates based in the United States. If you are based elsewhere, please apply anyway—we are actively figuring out international hiring and want to hear from strong candidates as we work through it.
